In order to process your order we require the following information:
①Model number(SKU) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
②Your shipping addresses and ZIP code
③Phone number – In case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
④Email address – For order confirmation and invoice
⑤Payment method – Please provide a purchase order number and/or a credit card number to complete your order

Smad currently support multiple payment methods. Please read the payment terms for more information on payment.

Smad warehouses located in the USA, then there are no import and custom duties or taxes charge. Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the county tax+city tax (if taxable in your city).

Please verify that your payment is confirmed. We generally arrange shipping within 48 hours. Please check your order details promptly after payment. If there are any risks associated with your account, we will send you an order confirmation email. Shipping can only be arranged after you provide the necessary information.If the issue is still there then please contact us or email to

with your order information.

If the order has already been paid but is not shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order in 24 hours and get a full refund. Usually the item will be shipped in 24 hours!
If the order has already been sent out, we cannot help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available in your "Order Details" page.

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Please contact customer service within 24h for help via Live Chat or email to service@smadappliances.com immediately!

If you choose Ground Shipping, then you do not need to pay for shipping cost, if you choose Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, you need to pay the extra shipping fee.

(1)How to cancel my order before the item is shipped?
Please email to service@smadappliances.com, you will get the refund after our service team receives your request. (This may take up 1-3 days, thanks for your patience and understanding.)

(2) How to cancel my order when the item has been shipped?
If you contact our service team within 24 hours and the item is shipped, we could offer you a free return label and you will get the refund after we receive the item back. If you want to cancel the order after it has been generated for more than 24 hours and shipped, you need to bear the extra return fee.

Our products can be delivered to the most of states in United States except Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands and military zones .

We work with 4 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: UPS, USPS, FedEx and Amazon Logistics US.
Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase:
We can cancel the order for you at no additional cost. The cancellation may take up to 3 days, thank you for your patience and understanding.
If the package is already shipped, we will issue a prepaid label and return your payment AFTER we have received the package from you.

If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase:

You need to bear the return fee if the package is already shipped (depends on our system, not the order status).
The product has to be damage-free, packed in the packaging we sent to you, and with the original receipt of the purchase.
We will return your payment AFTER we have received the package from you.

After receiving your request or your packages, it may take up 1-7 business days to refund your money.
If you want to return the item without any quality issue, you need to bear the return fee yourself and pay 20% of the original order as a restocking fee.

·We offer a 30-day return guarantee. The warranty begins from the date the product is received. If a product becomes defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than misuse or damage, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.
·In special circumstances, and upon mutual agreement, we also accept returns for non-quality-related reasons such as no longer needed, change of mind, or not as described. However, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and pay a 20% restocking fee based on the original order value.
·If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and wish to file a claim, please email us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Natural gas is not recommended since you need to replace the nozzle and there maybe risk of leakage caused by incorrect installation.

In fact, our gas refrigerators use an absorption cooling system and are all equipped with automatic defrost.

Please keep the refrigerator upright and allow the refrigerant to circulate freely The refrigerant of this refrigerator is ammonia. At the bottom of the refrigerator, it will be heated and circulated upward when working.So you have to let it stand up

When you use it in gas, We equip fire-extinguishing safety setup,when the flame is off due to wind or other causes,the safety component itself will be able to shut off the gas lines within 20 seconds.In that case,if you want to restart your refrigerator,you should repeat the action of ignition;if not, you should shut off the general gas valve.

On average, a 20-pound propane bottle can last around 20 to 30 days for a refrigerator, assuming it's running continuously and under typical usage conditions..

SMAD freezers use LPG as energy. You can use natural gas, but you need to replace the air nozzle due to safety issues. The pressure of natural gas is different, and the fittings of nozzles are also different.We do not recommend the use of natural gas.

In usual condition,the gas refrigerator can work more than half a month with a 20 pound propane tank.

If you are using propane gas, it is best to keep outdoor ventilation

The bottom of the refrigerator is equipped with a gas-electric transfer switch, which requires manual adjustment. It is best to follow our instructions for operation..

The temperature range is 9℉-32℉（-13℃-0℃).

Our absorption refrigerators are very quiet, with a minimum noise level close to 0 dB and a maximum noise level not exceeding 45 dB.

Its cooling temperature range is 37.4~53.6 ℉.

This refrigerator cannot be plugged in 110V and 12V power at the same time. Just connect directly to the desired power supply.

If you plan to install it in a cabinet, measure both the cabinet and the product to ensure a proper fit, and make sure to install a ventilation device..

When starting this fridge, the cooling cycle may require 8 to 10 hours of running time to begin cooling before the cooling unit is fully operational.On its initial use, do not put any items in the refrigerator. Allow the refrigerator to cool for 24 hours before loading any foods.

Yes it can run at a slight angle. But please make sure to put it upright still for 4~8 hours before the first use to let the refrigerant back to the right place.
