Part 1 Cancellation

Generally, we arrange shipment within 24 hours of your order placement.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via inbox or email at service@smadappliances.com.
 
Orders can be canceled at no additional cost if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, cancellations may take up to 3 days to process.
 
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to cover the return fee (depending on our system, not the order status). We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund once we receive the returned package.
 
*Special Circumstances:
There may be instances where the product(s) you ordered are out of stock or we encounter issues during inventory and quality checks.In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. Rest assured, you will be notified in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
 

Part 2 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. The warranty begins from the date the product is received. If a product becomes defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than misuse or damage, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.
In special circumstances, and upon mutual agreement, we also accept returns for non-quality-related reasons such as no longer needed, change of mind, or not as described. However, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and pay a 20% restocking fee based on the original order value.
 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and wish to file a claim, please email us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
 
If you would like to return a product, please follow these guidelines:
 

Step 1 Contact our customer service team at service@smadappliances.com before returning a product. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

To facilitate the return process, please provide the following information in email :
①Order Confirmation: Please attach a screenshot of your order confirmation from our website : www.smadappliances.com.
②Reason for Return: If it's due to quality issues, please upload 3-5 clear photos illustrating the problem.
③Non-Quality Issues: For returns not related to quality, please provide a detailed description of your requirements. We will review your request and respond accordingly after consultation.

【Step 2】 : Once we approve your return request, we will send you return instructions. Please follow our return requirements and document the entire packing process (photos or video) to ensure the packed product matches the condition it was in when we shipped it.

【Step 3】: The return process will be initiated by us. We will provide you with a return label. You simply need to package the product as instructed, attach the label to the package, and wait for the carrier to pick it up.
 
Please note: Retain our original packaging for the return. We will not cover any additional packing costs incurred. If you encounter any special circumstances, please contact us promptly for assistance.
 

Part 3 Refund Policy

After receiving your return packages, it may take up 1-7 business days to process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
